**Product description:** This product provides an end-to-end machine learning solution to optimize lead service line replacement programs for water utilities. The system prioritizes replacement efforts based on predicted lead presence, risk factors, and operational constraints to maximize public health impact while minimizing program costs. Currently deployed across multiple water utilities to support compliance with Lead and Copper Rule Revisions ([LCRR](https://www.epa.gov/ground-water-and-drinking-water/revised-lead-and-copper-rule)).
